I’ve worked in the tech industry for over a decade focusing on Trust and Safety. I’ve been a hiring manager and mentor for years and I’ve scaled teams from two people to over 30. I know what hiring managers look for and how you can stand out.

I also have a passion for helping people grow. I’ve volunteered and served as a mentor for MentorMatch and All Tech is Human and believe that the primary role of a leader is to help their team develop skills and grow as leaders in their own right.
